How long can I book the car?
Bookings are available in hourly packages, with a minimum reservation time. Extended and custom timelines are available upon request.

There’s no dress code—but our clients often choose formal, black-tie, or vintage-inspired attire to match the elegance of the experience.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the local metro and surrounding areas, with extended travel available for special events. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service zone
Can we use the car for photos or filming?
Absolutely. The vehicle is frequently booked for photo shoots, commercials, films, and branding content. Stationary display-only packages are also available.
Can champagne or beverages be included?
Yes, non-alcoholic champagne or luxury beverages may be provided upon request (subject to local regulations). Clients may also request styling add-ons for photos.
Can the car be decorated?
Light, tasteful décor (ribbons, florals, signage) is welcome with prior approval. We ensure all decorations protect the vehicle’s finish and integrity.
What happens if we’re running late?
We understand events run on emotion, not clocks. A grace period is included, and additional time can be added if availability allows.

The experience continues rain or shine. Our chauffeurs are prepared, and umbrellas or covered arrivals can be arranged for elegance and comfort.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made within the stated notice period to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Full policy details are provided at booking.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure exceptional service and proper scheduling, The Vintage Chauffeur maintains the following cancellation policy:
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled service date will receive a refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposit guarantee vehicle availability, chauffeur scheduling, and preparation time.
Same-Day Cancellations
No-Shows Same-day cancellations or failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time will result in full forfeiture of all payments.
